Great drive, easy to install (at least compared to previous Apple updates). Added as a second drive to the Mac Mini in late 2014. The hardest part is finding the right tools, cables, and equipment. Late 2014 Minis require cable 821-00010-A - other Minis use something else. The cable and tool set I found worked well, but was missing a tiny screw to hold the drive in place, as well as a clamp and two screws to hold the cable connector in place. I did not use the head and screws and lightly tightened my own mismatched/cross thread drive screw and it works. Make sure the drive is fully inserted into the cable socket, otherwise it will not be recognized - when fully inserted, the drive's mounting hole will line up perfectly with the screw hole.
