Not illuminated on

Very brittle and does not burn. When it initially burns, it burns quickly and like an ember, if at all. I tried, as they say, soaking the wick in oil and bending the wick in half, but I still didn't get the desired results. Never write bad reviews but this one pissed me off enough to do so.
