In the era of "work from home" my family and I have really worked hard to keep in shape. It's not always easy, because some of the things we need, like weights, are not so home friendly. One thing we've done is to use stretch bands to take the place of weights in many of our exercises that involve lighter resistance. These bands are very useful for hip and lower leg exercises. They have a variety of resistances and come in a bag to keep them organized.So far, they have worked out fine. We'll see if they are durable or not in a month or two.
