Overall this is a good product. I followed the installation video instructions. It's supposed to last 45 minutes, but it has to be someone who's done it before. The only downside is that one of the washers was not sized and did not fit on the screw. Luckily I had a few pucks lying around. The QA department needs to do a better job.
