Review on ProServe Solutions by Charles Julian

I like how easy it was for me as an outside consultant who had no experience in recruiting before this project. The system allows you input your skills so employers can see what type of positions are available or which ones will match their specific needs best! It would be great if there were more features out-of -the box such as templates but overall not much else really needed changing/adding other than maybe some customization depending upon customer's requirements (like adding additional fields). Recruiting using software made finding candidates faster because they could use my profile rather then searching through resumes themselves; also allowed them access from any computer without having multiple applications open at once while looking up different jobs each time someone sent over one resume etc.. Easy management process between clients &amp employer end too since all communication happens via email making scheduling easier when compared against paper work methods used previously. As mentioned above though we did have customizations required.
