We have no complaints so far regarding its usage or ease to use features provided by it within an office environment. It does what we need without any hiccups that would otherwise delay other important workflows. The tool is very user friendly hence easy learning curve. I do not feel there are major problems in terms of usability but minor issues like having limited number of macros available can be overcome if you know how to write your own custom ones.
