steel spring.? on Hand Tools

Beautiful but not good spring steel. If you fully open or pinch the ends, they will recede about 1/2 of the way. Real spring steel scissor clamps fully return to their original pivot point. Again, they look good but don't perform as you would expect from a quality clip. I will not use them for the application I bought them for.
