Don't listen to negative reviews about this phone, they are not true. I was scared because of some bad reviews but decided to buy it anyway and I'm glad I did. bought it as a christmas present for my uncle who is almost 80 years old, he is very hard of hearing and his glasses are so oversized they look like binoculars and it was heaven for him, he couldn't hear me when i saw him called and couldn't see the numbers to dial on the phone, it was dangerous in an emergency. got this for him and the ringtone is piercing loud and the numbers are very big he is very happy and coming from him definitely recommends the product. It arrived on time and exceeded our expectations. very satisfied customer.
