This is a great strap. I use it for those poses where I am just not as bendy as I would like. I wanted a natural cotton strap and this one fit the bill quite well. I went with the larger 8' size to accommodate just about any pose that could come up. This one has them all covered. I often used the strap doubled, since it's usually much more length than I need, which actually gives me a little extra support. and I like it. The metal D-ring is also very stable and secure, not that I find myself needing to use it that often. I would definitely buy this again when the one I have wears out, but since it is quite well made, it may be quite a while before that need arises. This one definitely gets my recommendation. No matter your size or pose, I believe it will have you covered.
