The platform was easy to use, it helped us to connect with our customers and provided us with the tools we needed to reach out to them more effectively. I would say that their customer support team could have been a little better. They were not always able to answer my questions quickly or accurately. The system is very flexible, as well as customizable. We are able to create specific campaigns for each product. This allows us to be much more targeted in our approach, which is beneficial to both us and our customers.
