My entire ground floor was on Somfy radio controlled motors with a 3 channel remote control. I saw this article and thought it would be great to be able to control it from my phone. Boy could I ever be more wrong. Battery Life: Forget it. My batteries have been draining every time I plug in this product for weeks. It seems like he's always been looking for what reduces battery life. Programmability: Programming the application was fairly easy. Unfortunately, if you accidentally add a room, the delete function will not be available. You stick to that for life. After all this frustration, I uninstalled this product and tried using just the remote again. After replacing all the batteries (again), none of my blind people will reconnect the remote and there is almost no documentation on how to properly reconnect it. I now have the entire floor with the blinds closed so I can't see the sun until I hire someone to fix the mess this product has made. AVOID!
