Review on 🔪 KONOLL 8-Inch Pro Serrated Bread Knife - Forged High Carbon Steel Cake Slicing Cutter - Thunder-K Series by Julie Lewis

In exchange for this review I received a KONOLL bread knife, an 8-inch professional knife with bagle serrations. I appreciate good sharp knives that work as they should. This knife is advertised as a "bagel cutter" or bread knife, which is why I did all my testing with something like that. My previous "bread knife" had very fine teeth and cut flawlessly without tearing the bread, making it easy to cut straight. This knife: 1: It's a little difficult to start making a bagel, resulting in a slight flattening of the edges. 2: Once started it cuts smoothly, but the large tines seem to wander the blade so the resulting cut wasn't straight, leaving me with a skinny half and a wider one on more than one occasion, both with something of a wedge. I like that the knife comes with a protective case and is quite sharp so it's a good knife just not as good as the one I replaced.
