I received my suitcase today, it arrived on time and my package looked in good condition. When I opened the package and examined the case, I noticed that it was damaged. There were spots inside the case where the foam interior was damaged. In the cabin there is an unpleasant smell, to the touch of polystyrene foam it felt sticky. I missed the screen protector, joycon grips, and Pokemon Ball. Those were add-ons, and I didn't really bother with them from the start. I sincerely believe I received a used case. The case itself looks good. Very upset to have received a damage case. I submitted a replacement/refund the same day I received my package. I am expected to receive my case tomorrow, hopefully receiving a NEW case. Really upset because of all the positive reviews. Update: I received my replacement case today, it looks great and has a screen protector and thumb grips! No Pokemon Ball yet, but that's ok. Improve rating to 5 stars. Excellent goods.
