Only the seed container worked for me!
Seed box works well. Birds discard the shell and fill it well with seeds. However, I bought for water. Most water tanks don't fit in my 5/8 inch bar spaced cage as they have to be attached to the outside of the cage to hold them. Otherwise, they fall immediately. One is set outside but even though I put a perch next to it the fountain filled with bird droppings. The whole point I bought was to keep the water clean.
