Review on Airpack by Patrick Reid

I like the customer service. The support team is amazing! They quickly get back with me and are always willing to answer any questions I may have. They also listen when you have a problem and they fix it promptly. It would be great if they could offer more flexible templates/designs for their product. This way we can create our own designs that look less corporate and more creative. There’s not much I dislike about this program. Although, I wish they offered more flexibility with the design aspects. Especially since I am working in healthcare, more creativity is key. This helps keep our branding consistent and easy for patients to recognize.
