I like the customer service. The support team is amazing! They quickly get back with me and are always willing to answer any questions I may have. They also listen when you have a problem and they fix it promptly. It would be great if they could offer more flexible templates/designs for their product. The ability to track aircraft status for pilots and aircraft, and to allow them to use their own preferred flight paths and times. For larger, multiple airlines, the ability to store all of the required data is invaluable. It also integrates well with other software, allowing them to remain agile with one app, instead of two separate applications. I wish it was more intuitive to create a profile.
