Review on Briggs & Stratton 795027 Fuel Tank Cap: Perfect fit for 134400 L-Head Engines, 7-12.5 HP Vertical Engines by Jimmy Jefferson

I use this on a snow blower my old cap was torn so I order a new one open it from the box everything is so good never took it off until about 2 weeks than I was at my camp where I screwed my snow blower on the lid to make sure there was no more fuel and when I opened it the round metal plate came loose from the lid with only the rubber grommet coming loose from the lid which I had to fish out, I'm trying to put it back together and the metal plate doesn't stay on the lid, it keeps coming off, which isn't happy at all
