Three 12-ounce drinks, three granola bars, and all my emergency gear.

Nice bag. Soft leather look and feel. The straps fit my rack, but my rack is probably lighter than some. The rack rails are approximately 3/8 inch in diameter, the rack is 5.5 feet wide and the pocket is 6 inches wide. You can see in the picture how many laps I have with the Velcro straps open and they feel very secure when loaded and in motion. One strap on each side, sewn on back and bottom, and two straps sewn on front bottom edge. It won't fit a helmet, but will fit three 12oz drinks, 3 granola bars, a light poncho, a spare tube in the box, a tube repair kit, tire levers and a multi-tool with plenty of room. The side pockets are good for purses, snacks, screw bags and the like. My armored iPhone11 fits into a zipped pocket on the top flap, but I've only worn it on shady trails so far and don't know how hot the sun will get. I really like this bag so far and I hope to be able to ride many miles with it.
