These are the biggest bags I've ever seen. The largest pocket had absolutely no problem holding a second chest piece, so I'm pretty sure a full chest piece could easily fit in. UPDATED: At first I thought there were no leaks, but then I ran further tests and it looks like after a while the valve starts to feed air or water. I threw an apple in the bag and let it submerge like a brisket for two days and found water in the bag. So it wasn't "juice," it was water. I thought the meat tasted too much like corned beef! Keeping the valve above the water doesn't help much as it will fill with air over time. Sure, you could come and suck air every few hours, but that's not a good plan. I actually have a vacuum sealer where I could make my own bags but I find it very difficult. These are cheaper and easier. I'll use it for quick dishes like steak, but it won't work for long dishes like brisket either.
