I was trying to get my unicycle out of the mud with this mat. Thrust? E. no. First, the bars are almost 1 inch thick and made of rubber. So unless they're completely dry (which defeats their entire purpose) or you have new, full-tread tires (which is unlikely), the tire will slide over the first rust and can't get on it. Second, the protrusions that protrude from the bars and provide grip are too small and smooth. That way, even if you're lucky and your tire "climbs" onto the bars, you'll have traction as if you were using a piece of plywood. Doesn't work for me. There are better ways.
