Another review that complained that the device wasn't weatherproof was noticed. The part you place by the driveway is weatherproof. The alarm (the part that goes into your house) doesn't work. Install it about 60 feet from your driveway and it will work. Better value than purchasing the same unit from Harbor Freight. Requires 1 9V battery and 3 C batteries.
