Good buy in the end.
READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY! It has a 6ft cord, not 100, which in this case is the range of the remote control. Imagine my surprise followed by a good laugh :/ The item does what it's supposed to. The only thing I don't like is that the port cover hinge gets in the way on larger ports. It's not really a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind. Maybe that's standard with other spikes and brands?
