Most men's compression garments are designed for long-distance runners with skinny legs and few cupcakes, and as a result, the leg-to-waist ratio in most men's tights is very different, meaning you're constantly pulling your waist up because they're tight . tight at the hips and looser at the top. not with these! The belt is reliable, the proportions are observed. And there's room for your junk, no tight seam running right down the middle (who needs testicle compression during a lift?). I am currently 6ft 5in and 213lbs. I'm just between large and XL. I bought the XL because I'm gaining weight and expect to weigh a lot more in the next few months.—————— These shorts are amazing. Dries quickly and wicks away moisture. sweat. However. It ended quickly. Cool color options. The design offers space for your stuff! You have just the right amount of pouch. Your garbage doesn't need to be compressed. lol The hip pockets are great. I have my training and my music on my smartphone. What I keep leaving Anywhere in the gym. Problem solved and everything looks fine. Good workmanship. I'm 6ft 5in and 213lbs. I bought a large and XL. The big one fits perfectly. If I still gain some weight in this current mass building phase, I will switch to XL. Nice length. For the average person, it's probably closer to the knee. They still look below mid-thigh on me and don't look like cropped shorts on me like so many do.———Update! I bought more I have navy blue and green in large and gray in XL. You are all great. Note: The dark blue is lighter than the picture. It's a beautiful color but light enough to show contour and moisture. If you are looking for a dark color for modesty, black is for you. Be mindful of the space for your stuff: if it's really big, go up a size. it helps a lot. Or try Arroyman. Their shipping is expensive, but their running and biker tights, long and short, have exceptional built-in coverage. While I find the ArroyMan to be the most comfortable and attractive pair of tights I've tried (and I've tried MANY brands), the Sport-It offers the added convenience of well-designed pockets and lower prices.
