Review on 🔩 E-Z Lok EK20510 Helical Threaded Insert Kit - 304 SS - #8-32 Thread - 0.164" Installed Length (10 Pack) by Ronnie Polk

I used this product to re-cut a plastic electrical box circa 1995 after a screw broke on removal and ended up having to be drilled out. I managed, but these #6-32s are inevitably so brittle that I broke the mounting tab on two of them during installation; the third worked. I would have preferred if the set used a regular part drill rather than a numbered machine drill. Also, it's a solid solution, probably stronger than a new one, and I didn't have to disassemble the wall.
