These things are built rock solid, the only plastic part is the coil cover, which is also pretty thick and strong. Roll loading is quick and easy, and the quick depth adjustment knob is very handy when switching from shingling to flashing and back again. It tends to double-tap slightly, but the second press doesn't advance the nail, which is nice. The last nail in the spool is always thrown away and it didn't come with a strap/rafter hook so I deducted a star. Other than that, this is a solid weapon.
