I love the ease in which you can create forms, reports, dashboards etc. It is very intuitive with no need to go through training or tutorials first. The support team are amazing! You could call them any time in business hours and they will be happy to help you out. Sometimes there can be some lag time between updates so it would be handy if they had an automatic update function which checks regularly for new versions.
