Enterprise Asset Maintenance Review

It has some great features, but it can be difficult to navigate through sometimes. I do like that you have all of your maintenance documents saved easily so they are readily available if needed for reference. Also very useful when taking an inventory because everything about the unit (such as serial number) is listed at once with an expiration date! You also don't need tons of different programs or databases to keep track of them. Just use one program for assets and another for equipment. Helps

I like that it allows me as an asset manager of multiple companies, one central location where maintenance can be scheduled for many different vehicles at once with just 1 click! With our client they are happy. There are no major downsides to this program. I am looking forward to any new features that are added in the future. We have improved communication within our departments on a daily basis. It has eliminated a lot of back and forth with emailing and phone calls. The ability for me as an asset manager, I can manage all of my assets at one place rather than searching them throughout different systems. When you are looking up equipment or information from your database it takes longer then just going straight into what i am trying find out with no delays that slow down other people who may be using this program simultaneously too! I like that it's easy for me as an administrator, because all of our assets are listed here so we can easily track them from start-to finish! There isn't anything at this time which would make us dislike EAM but there could be some improvements made with ease/speed when searching through large lists or if you have many asset types within one list (elevators being another example).
