With our client they are happy. There are no major downsides to this program. I am looking forward to any new features that are added in the future. We have improved communication within our departments on a daily basis. It has eliminated a lot of back and forth with emailing and phone calls. We have been able to keep the front end of our business and our clients happy. I like the ability to send emails with attachments. I also like how it is able to pull my email from my Outlook account and send it to my phone. I would like the ability to change the color of the font.
