It has all of our key data in one place for ease access from multiple locations! The system makes it easy as 1-2 clicks when needed but also gives us many options with regards how we can see/access information which helps speed up any problems or issues solving them too!! Coal software is very user friendly, easy for new users as well experienced ones. It was difficult at first trying it with not much understanding of how it operated. We have had little issues and most were solved within minutes by excellent customer service. The only thing I do wish they would add more advanced features such as different equipment and machinery options for both mine owners and their employees. The software has been very easy for our employees to use which allows them more time in other areas of their job duties as opposed to being stuck behind computers all day long!
