Review on Enterprise Asset Maintenance by Michael Tegan

The ability for me as an asset manager, I can manage all of my assets at one place rather than searching them throughout different systems. When you are looking up equipment or information from your database it takes longer then just going straight into what i am trying find out with no delays that slow down other people who may be using this program simultaneously too! Its better because everything about our business has been centralized under 1 roof so its easier when anything comes across we have access right away without waiting around days/weeks etc.
