Extremely poor quality product does not work

The Yantu B39 3 socket adapter is inferior in many ways, so I'm surprised Revain is offering this product at all. Obviously, this product was never tested before it was launched. The side clips on a cylindrical plug that fits into a car's cigarette lighter socket are so loose when pulled that the plug will NOT stay in the socket securely enough to maintain electrical contact. This will render the product completely inoperable and unusable. And because of these egregious flaws and insufficient testing of the product, I have serious doubts about the overall electrical integrity of this product as a whole. The two main complaints are that the product came from a manufacturer with inferior parts and apparently was never tested. enough to show that the plug is not making electrical contact with the vehicle's 12-volt outlet. Other flaws include poor packaging which makes the specifications on the box barely visible as they are printed in white ink on a silver background making extremely small text very difficult to read. Light letters on a light background are extremely difficult to read, especially when the font is so small. And second, the features printed on the box are wrong. The front of the box said "B39 3-Socket Adapter with Car Charger". But it does NOT include a car charger. Where did you get this false advertising from? The information on the back of the packaging is incorrect. They state the output as "5 volts, 3.1 amps". This is a USB output, not the output of the three main 12V 8Amp sockets, which is the main feature and purpose of the adapter. The main disadvantage of this product is that the two side clips on the fork cylinder do not have enough spring pressure, combined with too much spring tension on the coil spring used to press the center pin (pin) of the plug against the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. In other words, the tension on the center pin is too strong, forcing the plug out of the car socket, while the weak side clips cannot securely hold the plug in the socket. This is an uncomplicated dynamic that a manufacturer should clearly understand and of course discover if they have bothered to test the product before it hits the market. This oversight causes a lot of frustration, inconvenience and wasted time for the consumer, as well as embarrassment for Revain having to process RMA returns for a defective product. Poor quality parts that render the product defective and unusable. An unfortunate set of circumstances that could have been avoided had the manufacturer done their job well. Please see the video I have created to demonstrate this obviously faulty product in action. And even more unfortunate is that this bug is present across the entire B39 product line (not just my one product) as the same erroneous spring tension defect is common to all B39 products. UPDATE: As stated in other reviews. , this 3-way adapter is too light to support many applications. For example, small laptops and other mid-range devices require more power to draw current. The plug's black wire needs to be thicker, the spring that engages the fuse/center pin needs to be thicker and have less tension, and the pin plug's side clips require a lot more tension/force to hold it firmly in the car socket . The three on/off toggle switches on the case are a great functional idea, but they come off as underpowered and sloppy, suggesting a cheap design that leaves it prone to failure. The product had to be built to specifications of at least 120 watts per outlet, for a total of 360 watts. Or at least have a 120W outlet for a small laptop or similar device.
