Review on Canon 35Mm USM Wide Angle Lens by Lee Hoon ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect product for any user!

This is definitely my favourite. I use it on crop almost constantly, because of the rather convenient (for me) focal length. But on ff, it seems to me, he reveals himself even better, though his goals appear slightly different. It seems to me that in the shadow of the promoted Sigma 35 art, this lens was lost. I have not tested the Sigma, but I really like the picture that this lens gives out.

Pros
  • f2 - working, and the further - the sharper. Really sharper. Very cool picture. Both in the center and in the corners. Draws good bokeh. Autofocus is fast and tenacious. Convenient focal length for my crop. I put it on ff - it seemed to me that it looks even cooler there. Again, the focal length is "for growth" if you have a crop. Now these are convenient 55mm, but there will be no less convenient 35mm, just for slightly different tasks. I didn’t manage to fully test the stub in the wild, if it’s dark, then I go with a tripod. But it seems to work just fine =)
Cons
  • Not loud, but not quiet either - on the video you can hear how he rides. For me, not an indicator, but as a fact. They write that it is small and light. Compared to L-kami and sigma - yes. Compared to all sorts of miniature fifty dollars, 1.8 (the comparison is not very appropriate, but still) is not small. I wouldn't call it compact.
