Great investment for knee health

In my constant drive to get better, I took up basketball again. Now at 33 I quickly realized that my knees are not as strong as they used to be. A bad fall can mean a torn ligament or a dislocated kneecap. So far these overlays have served their purpose. I can play more easily and with less fear. A few falls and my knees were fully protected. The material is comfortable on the thighs and lower legs. The padding itself isn't as bulky as the cheap knee pads volleyball players wore in gym class. I didn't lose mobility during the game and after a while I forgot I was wearing them. For reference, I'm 6'3 and about 225 lbs. I have thick legs and the large fits perfectly. A few adjustments were needed from time to time as I played, but nothing critical. The stitching looks good and does not wear out after unpacking or after two days of use. It was built to last, although of course time will tell. The box contains all washing instructions. You can just toss it in the washing machine along with everything else. Trust me guys and gals, never skimp on the things that separate your body from the ground. These are cars, shoes, mattresses. and even knee pads. When you're in your 30s, you feel like your body is starting to betray you. Don't let him take your knees away without a fight.
