Works but dangerous and poorly made

Well I started out with a $35 PDA that didn't get hot enough to sanitize. So I returned it and got this. Pros: - not too big - heats up enough to disinfect - easy to fill and use - great mop for cleaning large areas - good hand wire scraper for cleaning hard-to-reach areas Cons - dangerous: attachments come loose with use. They barely fit in and then fly out when used (which doesn't make sense). The result is a steam burn (see photo of the hand) - the lock comes off too easily. - Poorly made. The handle of the mop cover only broke on the third use (see mop cover) - bad design. You can wrap the cord around the base, but that's very inconvenient. There is also no way to hook the flexible hose. I suggest they look at how Bissel designed their similar sized pet vacuum cleaner for ideas. The size has to do with the fact that you only get "blue" light for a few seconds at a time. He needs to build pressure between them. I wish there was a beep so you know when to stop if your goal is sanitization. β€” I would like the holder to be something more than a canvas bag. It is very dirty to clean. - Attachments take some getting used to and I wish the manual was clearer about what to use for what. I ruined one of the brushes within seconds of using them because they were too soft to grout. - I wish there was a correlation between the size of the mop (large area) and the largest brush (medium/small). , and deep cleaning a medium-sized messy area like a kitchen floor requires a few "fills". But it works.
