Installing this bike stand is easy as it comes pre-assembled and ready to use. The entire assembly of the bike rack took only a few minutes. The quality was much better than I expected, setup was easy and the device works as advertised. For those who want to go further but can't in winter weather, this unit is affordable, high quality and easy to set up. Resistance is adjusted with a handlebar-mounted switch (lowest resistance 1, maximum resistance 6), and as you shift gears on your bike, the resistance also increases. To detach the bike, remove the switch on the handlebars, move the red handle, which releases the rear axle of the bike, and forward. I like this machine and recommend it to others.
