Overall, Perrill has been a pleasure to work with. They have worked diligently to bring our vision into reality. All our requests have been met with professionalism, enthusiasm, and an amazing level of customer service. Communication has been impeccable. This was a great experience overall! We are so excited about the launch of our new website. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Thank you so much Perrill! I would like more detailed information on how it works. For example, when my site goes down (which happens all too often), they will contact me immediately to let me know there is a problem. If something needs fixing or updating, then this becomes very important because I don't want anyone waiting until next week to fix things..and I'm sure your clients wouldn't either. Also, if someone sends me a message regarding one of my products, how do I respond? Do I get back to them within 24 hours or do I wait 2-3 days before responding? And, most importantly, do I receive any sort of followup after my response?? These are some key questions I think many users may ask themselves as they use this product.
