Not Impressed: Shampoo and Conditioner

My shampoo and conditioner bottles were packaged well, the caps were unscrewed, but somehow the shampoo bottle was missing a few inches of liquid (like someone came back after using it and they got the product simply repackaged). The air conditioning was also very watery. This product has a strange old lady perfume smell. It's just not what I expected after paying so much for it.
