The software is very user friendly, it's quick to learn and easy to use. It is very flexible and can be used in many different ways depending on the project and client needs. There are no downsides that I know about. It is a great tool! We have been using this system during our last few projects here at work. It is really helpful to make sure our job is being done correctly and safely. No complaints about this product at all so far. The program was simple yet powerful and we were able to track all information needed easily. This helped us streamline our operations and made everything run smoother.
