Overall I am happier with this product than not having it. I have friends who have air tags on their dogs but their numbers are limited. They couldn't track their dog in the middle of the night because people with iPhones don't usually walk around in the middle of the night or in certain places. So it gives me more peace of mind. Although there are 2 cons for me, this will not stop me from ordering the product. Just note that it's a bit bulky for my 17 lb dog and looks awkward around the neck. But I know where he is before he looks cute. I will give bow ties to the dogs to make them look cuter. I hate how sensitive the charger is. It's magnetic and turns off at the slightest touch or movement. Can't charge in car. You need to practice your special touch, but it's still worth humbling yourself for peace of mind. UPDATE: My friend taught me how to use the charger properly. It's not delicate, it just has a unique locking system that wasn't intuitive and I didn't read the manual. Oops. Works great and snaps in with the same muscle power to lock it in place. I take it back!
