My 9 year old and I made these yesterday and they look great (they really work and smell great!). She wrote a note and put each one in a gift bag and we went around the neighborhood to deliver them to our neighbors to "stay sane" and "to show we care." I was thrilled to see her taking care of her during the coronavirus pandemic. Our neighbors were so grateful and it was nice to make a difference. It was good exercise in division and fractions! A few tips: cut each bar of soap into 6 squares, then divide into 6 batches of 5 squares into small pudding molds. So you can make 2 soaps in all 6 colors! We melted each small batch in the microwave, then placed the dish in a casserole dish of hot water to keep it warm while we blended the colors, flavors, and shine.
