Our Queen motorhome did not have a lifting mechanism. The illustration sheet is excellent. Of course, you understand that adjustment is required after purchase. Thank God, a very mechanical neighbor. We needed to continue extending the bed support frame towards the end of the pillow by screwing 2 x 4s into the base frame. Then we could use the elevators in the right place. But Hatchlift works as shown in the picture. I wish the elevator was a bit bigger but it actually does the job. My wife, who used to have problems, can now raise and lower the frame with ease. Maybe it will help my back last longer. Gives us more access to under bed storage.
