First off, the instructions absolutely suck. What are the four remaining pieces of Styrofoam for? They were clearly listed above for a reason, but the guide makes absolutely no mention of them. So I figured they must be there for some reason. I installed this top over the weekend so I couldn't speak to Rugged Ridge tech support as they were closed over the weekend (that in itself sucks as I assume most people like me work weekdays and only have time for one project over the weekend, but I digress). So I thought hey other manufacturers make replacement Wrangler t-shirts, I'm wondering if they include foam pieces as well. So I went to the Smittybilt website and downloaded their manual. HOLY COW. Your instructions were amazing. It was 13 pages long with several rather large photos. The four-year-old Rugged Ridge manual is only three pages long (so not very detailed), and the few photos that show it are so small you can't really see anything. who wrote his statement; an intern who has never driven a Jeep? Finally, the fabric is really cheap and nowhere near OEM top quality. The fit was fine after everything was finalized and it looks a lot better than my 7 year old worn OEM top. But if this top runs out, I won't be buying the Rugged Ridge Top again. Suggest looking elsewhere before purchasing a replacement top from Rugged Ridge. Rugged Ridge 13737.01 Black Diamond Canvas Top
