LOVE LOVE LOVE. I was about to stop swimming because the pool was too cold to bear. But this suit is perfect. Make no mistake, it won't leave you drier than a swim cap, but it does allow the water to seep in gradually and keep a layer of warm water close to you so you don't freeze. It made a difference for me between swimming and getting back on the treadmill, where I ended up with stress fractures. I usually wear a size 2-4 and the small size was perfect. It's a little difficult when you first get out of the pool, but if you wait a few minutes it gets easier. While I did have to learn to adjust my kicks a bit as the suit makes me more buoyant, it was a quick adjustment and my time went back to leaving the suit.
