This remote control is reliable!
I used two other remotes before deciding to change the type of remote I used. I don't know why but the Factor remotes for my TV (Emerson LC 320EM2A) are not durable and will just die. I have taken very good care of my remote controls. I even checked the battery voltage whenever her response to the TV was questionable. Although some button positions are different, I still like this remote control.
- This is universal remote control - not original, can be used directly without program.
