The gallon pack does not indicate that the product is a concentrated solution and must be diluted (3-10%) before use. No instructions or information brochures were included with the product. On first use I poured a full gallon into the ultrasonic cleaner and began cleaning my Smith and Wesson revolver. After 10 minutes in the "cleaning solution" I took the gun out and noticed that much of the matte stainless steel finish had been removed. made it clear that the product is a concentrate and must be diluted to a 3-10 solution before use. A painful lesson learned from completing a fine revolver. It has been three weeks since the unfortunate incident and I have not attempted to use the product again. I drained it from the ultrasonic cleaner and will use it again this time with the correct dilution. Conclusion: The product labeling was inadequate and dangerous. Fix the product listing and packaging before someone has a more tragic experience.
