Woman here: The goods arrived quickly. Ice cubes are a little difficult to remove. I have a problem with this wafer-thin substance that I find in my drinks. Like fat floating on the soup. I washed them very carefully several times. I don't see this on any of my drinks unless they have ice out of those trays, so I know it's not my glasses or soap scum from my dishwasher or anything. It's right on the ice. Another annoying thing is that you can't securely close the lid once you've removed some ice.
