The right idea with a few design flaws
This product is near perfect. The padding is excellent and sits well on the horse. It is strong and durable and well worth the money. What I don't like: Terrible location of the webbing. Something needs to be moved forward. I can pull one of the girth straps through but not both as that would cause the pad to shift on the horse. Even for a large, withered horse, this is not the best option. He can use any embossed piece of material near the pommel area to better hold the pad in place otherwise it will slide over the withers.
