This product is way ahead of all others. It is sourced from cows in Ireland and the makers of this product use a cold process. produce for us a fully realized whey isolate in combination with a technology that adds non-GMO lecithin. This product is much tastier and much easier to mix. yes it is expensive I use less than the recommended amount. This is the wrath of every cent.
