AT&T Will Stop Supporting 3G After February 2022; Slow device

BUYER BE CAREFUL IF YOU NEED CELLULAR SERVICE. After receiving the phone and charging it overnight, I took it to my local AT&T store to have an extra SIM installed. Free service by appointment, very helpful people. An AT&T technician has informed me that all carrier phones using 3G after February 2022 will be marked as BLOCKED. Not just AT&T, but all carriers for the transition to 5G. true false? I do not know. This is worrying. Setting up the phone was a pain when I got home from AT&T. It was slow and sluggish (as mentioned by other reviewers) and took over 2 hours to get into Google services and set it up. I had to create a new Google account for this phone as I didn't want it linked to my main Gmail. It seems to work on GOOGLE OS. (I'm not sure I read that in the description). I originally bought this phone as a WiFi-only secondary phone for our company's Hybrid Zoom meetings. An extra SIM card was an added bonus. About my first Zoom meeting with a phone. First I used a wire lavalier band, the feedback from other participants was POSITIVE. The phone was side mounted in the stand and my zoomed image was SQUARE on the participant's side, even though my phone showed the full landscape. (fui). Positive sides. It's very easy! Compared to my iPhone 12, it weighs 1/3 the weight. It is good that the kit included a transparent cover and a protective film. (extra bonus!). He connected to the WIFI and stayed connected throughout the hour-long Zoom meeting. During this time 1/2 of the battery was discharged. The screen is smaller than I'm used to, so many zoom features have been hidden or disabled. During zoom, my video square (which overlaps the speaker square) kept freezing. It doesn't matter on a tripod, but if it's your only zoom device, it can become a problem. So far this looks like a good second phone for using WIFI in Hybrid Zoom meetings. If my experience with this phone improves I will update the review. (It's kind of scary setting up Face ID since the phone is so sluggish.)
