Ordered and received as advertised (first pop up I ordered was from overseas and had a 2 month delivery window - be careful). Installation was very easy after I removed the old drain. Install on sink. Drain with a thinner rubber washer (cup up to match the shape of the bowl. Place a thicker rubber washer from the bottom up (to match the shape of the sink bowl), plastic washer. Then a metal washer. Then a metal nut. Make adjust sure the rubber washer is snug Fits around the bottom of the sink Tighten the nut by hand but not too tight to avoid squeezing the washers Water drain is not pressurized Durability I will watch later
